| I love being in nursing school. Sure, it takes up every waking moment, but it is wonderful. My nursing school reminds me a lot of masters. Since I am always at school or doing something with my fellow nursing students, it is inevitable to get to know them. For some reason, the nursing program I happen to attend is huge on community outreach. I think the program has won national awards every year for the community service done. My "team" will be going weekly to homeless shelters, rehab homes, mother-child educational programs, and government subsidized housing projects and play with the little kids and do medical check ups on them. I am thrilled about all of this. Also, my clinicals are at a Hebrew nursing home. Anyway, I might not be posting for a long time. Weekends are no longer time of relaxation, but times of catching up on days of readings and papers. But one piece of advice...go to nursing school! Become a nurse. Best profession ever. Beka, you are going to love it. |

| I begin nursing school in two weeks. Sure, I am nervous. I am most likely coming into Chicago in mid August. Good ole Chicago. I kind of miss you.
Un-formal thank you to all who said "happy birthday!"
Don't let life escape you. It passes so quickly.
I love this picture. I remember this day well |

I am loving school. I think going into nursing was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The material is very practical and incredibly interesting. Very thankful!
